“Sin City” actress Jessica Alba may sue Playboy if the publishing house does not pull its March issue off the shelves. The issue uses Alba’s image without permission and implies heavily that nude pictures can be seen inside.
Playboy approached Alba to ask if she could pose for the magazine’s Hollywood’s 25 Sexiest Celebs issue, which saw Playboy readers rank Alba in the number one spot. Alba refused to pose for the magazine, which then approached Sony for an image.
In a letter sent by Alba’s lawyers, Playboy was told that it is cheating its readers with the insinuation that Alba appears nude inside the magazine, and that the entire article and its images could be damaging to Alba’s career.
