Angelina Jolie Removes 3-Year-Old Boy from Orphanage

Actress Angelina Jolie has left an orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in the company of a three-year-old boy. Officials confirmed that Jolie is planning to adopt the boy, her fourth child and the third she's adopted.
It is expected that Jolie's next stop is the US consulate in the country, where officials must approve the adoption before the boy can be issued with a United States passport. She was accompanied to the orphanage by her son, Maddox.
